MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Four people were arrested during a multi-agency enforcement operation at an abandoned apartment complex on West Illinois Avenue, Midland police said. The Jan. 7 operation at the Windgate Apartments at 2900 W. Illinois Ave. involved personnel from the Midland Police Department, Midland County Sheriff’s Office and the DEA.
